Groups: Experiences in belonging, acceptance, and inclusion.
Individuals.
Learning to connect with an audience is having a conversation, not performing. Giving them what you know they want, not guessing. Feeling relaxed and generous, not stressing about outcome or survival. Remaining curious and celebrating them, whether you're pitching, reporting, speaking, or just making small talk. Connection. That's what they'll remember. And, since all connection begins with self-connection, that's where our work begins: with you. What do you need, to be that person who can instill connection in others? Voice, body language, story help? A frank encounter with whatever you're afraid of? Nuts-and-bolts practice, for sure. Wherever you are, that's where we start.
Groups.
The number one identifier of toxic workplaces is lack of belonging. You've tried all kinds of things to get more, from ropes courses to pizza to yoga to mindfulness...
What if there were an experience of belonging that was immediate, transferable, and a lot of fun?
Something your people actually wanted to do? That happened onsite, didn't take the whole day, and began to change culture right way? What if your workplace were the only place they could experience it? The answer is play. Physical play. Embodied DEI that's a gas and a blast, not a chore.
Playtobelong. The name says it all.
